He learnt how to be tolerant and in his solitude, he developed several skills. At some point, he was known as the wisest lion and was consulted by different animals. He lived a long and fulfilled life as he did not allow his earlier condition to be a total hinderance to him.
In the history of the animal kingdom, the first lion will only be remembered as a normal lion that was born blind while the second lion will be remembered as the wisest lion that ever lived. His disability (blindness) will be a reason for people to sing his praises all the more. This is because he was able to focus on a better future and not on erasing his disability which is a thing of the past.
We all have past experiences and difficulties that we really want to erase. What we do not realize is that the best way to do that is by focusing on a better future.
