Often, we find ourselves in the โ€˜struggling zone’ where we are trying to make things work out for us in our various ventures. This is not a bad thing because we are daily seeking new ways of making things work out of curiosity and the desire to do better.

However, sometimes it appears that we are just leading ourselves to more frustration than we should bear just because we do not want to take advantage of already discovered means of succeeding at things.

If you look deep into what you are currently struggling with, you will discover that you must have previously experienced some success in that area or something related to that area.

In order to help yourself, you should Even if this seems like starting things all over, you are more likely to achieve better results trying out something that once worked for you.

When you are repeatedly successful through applying the patterns that worked for you in the past, then you can start seeking out new ones without totally leaving behind the old ones. The reason that most people struggle is that out of curiosity or neglect or fun or the desire to look busy, they leave behind the patterns that worked for them and begin to try out new ones.

When they fail repeatedly at the new ones, they get confused and stuck that they do not remember that there are patterns that worked in the past. If you are doing a business and you have at one point experienced a hike in your income, it is best for you to take note of the pattern that caused the hike and then keep repeating that pattern.

While still working on that pattern, you can then try out more things. However, if you abandon that which worked previously and chase new ones, you are bound to experience more struggle.

You must have heard the saying that โ€œYou get richer by finding and repeatedly mining a profitable mine than jumping from one to anotherโ€ or something in that line. This is the idea behind repeating patterns that have worked for you in the past than trying to jump to another when you have not reaped the full benefits of what you have dicovered.

If you are into business and you have made your first million, for example, but then suddenly things are not going well. Start afresh and take the same steps that led you to your first million. Do not remain there struggling and trying new patterns when you can repeat the old ones and later on try new ones.

Apply this in your prayer life by remembering and repeating the things that led you to the heightened devotion that you once had. Apply it in your studies by remembering and repeating what you tried in the past that made you improve your grades. Apply this in improving your skills by remembering and repeating the things that pushed you from an amateur to an advanced person in that area.

By repeatedly gaining from one pattern of success, you will have the advantage of going further to try out other patterns.

At this time, your struggles in the new patterns will be hardly felt because you are at once succeeding in the old pattern you discovered. I wish you success in this new month as you revisit old patterns that have really helped you.
